Biographical Details

"William McNulty is the Co-Founder of Team Rubicon and serves on the Board of Directors. He is a Marine who served in both the infantry and Intelligence. He has worked in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Council’s Iraq Threat Finance Cell, and the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. He holds a BA in Economics and Communication Studies from the University of Kansas and an MA in Government/Security from The Johns Hopkins University."
