Background

Wrangler was a proposed 800,000 barrel per day pipeline from an Enbridge terminal in Cushing, Oklahoma to the Enterprise ECHO Terminal southeast of Houston, Texas. Phase 2 would extend from ECHO Terminal to near Port Arthur, Texas. It was a proposal by a 50/50 joint venture partnership of Enbridge and Enterprise Products Partners. The project was cancelled in 2011, and replaced with the reversal of the Seaway Oil Pipeline (SCPS), which was completed in 2012.
