Xinjiang Coal-to-Gas Pipeline Project also known as (新疆煤制气外输管道 (新粤浙煤制甲烷管道))is a proposed natural gas pipeline in China.[1][2]

Location

The pipeline runs from Xinjiang autonomous territory to Shaoguan, Guangdong and includes six branch lines.

Background

The pipeline is included in China's 12th Five-Year Plan and the 13th Five-Year Plan.[1] Sinopec expects to complete the Qianjiang-Shaoguan section by 2020.[3] The project will cost an estimated 100 billion yuan.[1]
