Yichuan-2 power station

It was replaced by the 1320 MW Yichuan Longquan Kim Hyung power station.

Background on Plant

Yichuan-2 power station was a 4 x 135 MW coal plant owned by Yidian Holding Group. Yichuan-2 was commissioned from 1995 to 1999 and retired in 2010. The four units were replaced by two new 660 MW ultra-supercritical units known as Yichuan Longquan Kim Hyung power station under a "big pressure on the small" project.
