Anglo Coal Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglo Coal, a subsidiary of Anglo American.[1]

Existing mines
Anglo American has four metallurgical coal mines in Queensland. These are:[2]
- Capcoal mine
- Dawson mine
- Foxleigh mine
- Moranbah North mines in Queensland
It also has two thermal coal mines, the Callide mine in Queensland and the Drayton mine in New South Wales.[3]
Coal projects
Anglo Coal Australia also have a number of potential coal projects. These are:[4]
- Drayton South mine;
- Grosvenor coal project;
- Dartbrook Mine;
- Moranbah South]; and
- Foxleigh Plains Project.
