Craig Munro is the Non-Executive Chairman of Bathurst Resources, a company with interests in existing and proposed coal mines in New Zealand. Munro was appointed the position on December 3, 2009.[1]
A biographical note in the Bathurst Resources Annual Report stated that Munro "is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 35 years experience in the mining industry. He is currently Senior Vice President Corporate & Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Anvil Mining Limited. He has been both an Executive Director and Non Executive Director of a number of listed companies since 1990. He is currently a Director of Total Staffing Solutions Limited and was previously a Director of Gallery Gold Limited." The report listed Munro's other current directorships of listed companies as being as a director of Total Staffing Solutions Limited and non-executive chairman of Pegasus Metals. It also stated that within the preceding three years he had been a director of Gallery Gold.
