Daniel Webb was lead counsel for Altria Group, the parent company of Philip Morris, in the United States Department of Justice's 1999 case against the tobacco industry. He was a former special prosecutor in the Iran/Contra scandal case. Webb also represented Microsoft in its antitrust trial, former General Electric CEO Jack Welch in his divorce and oversaw the New York Stock Exchange investigation of former chairman Richard Grasso.
