Biographical Information

"Mr. Poler joined Bain Capital in 1994. He has been a Managing Director since 1999. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Poler was a consultant at Bain & Company where he worked in the technology, consumer products and financial services industries. Previously, Mr. Poler worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley & Co. with a focus on technology deals.

"A member of the Advisory Group formed by the British Venture Capital Association and led by Sir David Walker, Mr. Poler was an active participant in the formulation of the Guidelines for Disclosure and Transparency in Private Equity.

"Mr. Poler received an MBA with distinction from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth where he was a Tuck Scholar."
