The Electronic Payments Coalition is a lobbying group that represents the interests of big banks, credit unions, and payment card networks that move electronic payments quickly between merchants and consumers across the globe. Members include virtually all big banking and financial entities. They created the banking front group Consumers Against Retail Discrimination Alliance, or CARD Alliance.[1]
