Heidi Verougstraete is the co-president of National Ballot Access, along with Edee Baggett. Their firm has been accused of "signature fraud" and in 2008 worked on Ward Connerly's misleading "civil rights" ballot initiatives, which actually ban affirmative action programs. [1]
