John Allison
John A. Allison is the president and CEO of the Koch brothers-founded and -funded Cato Institute.[1] Prior to joining Cato, Allison was the CEO of BB&T Corp., one of the largest financial services holding companies in the United States.[2] He started at BB&T in 1971 and served as CEO from July 1989 until December 2008.[3]
