Keystone Coal Company is a unit of Keystone Industries LLC. The Keystone Coal Company, which is owned by Tom Scholl, is the owner of the is developing the Keystone Coal Terminal in Jacksonville, Florida. It is proposed that the terminal would import coal from Colombia.[1]

The Jacksonville Business Journal also reports Scholl "owns a mine in West Virginia and mining rights in Colombia".[1]
