Keystone Industries has a wide range of coal interests spanning from coal exploration and mining interests in West Virginia, United State and Colombia, to coal marketing and transport infrastructure. Keystone Industries, LLC was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Fort Myers, Florida. It has additional offices in Montreal, Canada; and Seoul, Korea.

It is the parent company of Keystone Coal Company, which is owned by Tom Scholl.[1]
