Kunioon Coal Project is a project proposed by Tarong Energy. The project, which is located in Kingaroy, is currently on hold. It is proposed that it would produce 10 million tonnes of thermal coal. The project is estimated to cost $500 million to construct and employ 220 people during construction and 260 when operating.[1]
