Rehabilitation
On its website the Department of Primary Industries and Resources South Australia states "while mining continues from Lobe B, rehabilitation of the north fields Lobe C and D is continuing. Visible dragline spoil heaps are being flattened to a 1 in 6 gradient and covered by topsoil and seeded. Regrowth has been poor this year because of persistent drought."[1]
