Richard A. Kampe served as Director and President of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Development Company from 1987-1989, and was Executive Vice President of Strategy & External Relations in 1989. [1]
Kampe was Director of RJR when the company introduced the Premier cigarette, known inside company documents as Project SPA.[2]
