Background

Rizhao LNG Terminal (新加坡金鹰集团日照岚山 LNG 接收站) is a proposed 2 mtpa LNG import terminal in Shandong, China. It is planned for 2019. If constructed, it would be the second LNG import terminal involving Pacific Oil & Gas in China, after Rudong LNG Terminal.

As of July 2019 there has been no further news about the project and it does not appear on the Royal Golden Eagle website. It appears to be shelved.
