The Salt Creek Enhanced Oil Recovery project in Wyoming is operated by Anadarko.

On its website the company states that its "operations in the Salt Creek field of Wyoming utilize CO2 to stimulate oil production from a 100-year-old field. The CO2 injected into the ground enhances domestic oil production and prevents a greenhouse gas from being emitted into the atmosphere. As a benefit of our EOR operations, the Salt Creek field is one of the largest CO2 oil recovery and geological-sequestration projects of its kind in North America."[1]
