Details of active Carbon Capture and Storage demonstration projects worldwide have been collated by by the International Energy Agency (IEA), the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum and the Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute.

Projects

In June 2010 the IEA published a list of what it described as 80 "large scale, fully integrated CCS projects". (Note that the names used by the IEA are often not the names of the projects used by the proponents themselves. Wherever it has been possible to determine, the names below are those used by the project proponents). These projects are:[1]
