Vasse Coal is a 30% owner of Vasse Coal Management, a privately owned company. Vasse Coal Management Pty. Ltd, is the proponent of the Vasse Coal Project near Margaret River in south-west Western Australia.[1]
South West Coal is a 70% owner of Vasse Coal Management Pty. Ltd. South West Coal in turn is a subsidiary of the AMCI Group.[1]
