Assam Power Projects Development Company is a special project vehicle created by the government of Assam in India to encourage xs private investment in power generation projects. The company was founded with with equity participation from Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (ILFS).[1][2]

Assam Power Projects Development Company has been reported as proposing the Borgolai power station, a 250MW coal-fired project in Assam.[3]
