The Barsingsar Mine is a 5 million tonne per year lignite to supply the 375 megawatt (MW) Bithnok Thermal Power Project, which has been partly commissioned. The two projects have been built by Neyveli Lignite Corporation and are located near Bithnok in Bikaner District, Rajasthan state, India.
