South Aegean lignite mine is located at Yatağan in Mugla province in Turkey and has an annual capacity of 4.9 million tonnes. The mine is operated by Güney Ege Linyitleri Isletme Muessesesii Mudurlugu, a subsidiary of TKI, a government owned company.[1]
